Being a new homeowner is very stressful, especially when you have to start replacing things. Aire Serv of Smyrna made the entire process, from start to finish, seamless and exceeded my expectations in every way. Dominic provided me with many options but yet was not pushing on what to do. We were in a very tough spot. We had two systems go down at the same time and had been working with another company that was getting extremely costly and up-quoted us on the work. Our neighbors swore by Aire Serv so we reached out and they came right out, ran diagnostics, explained the system and why it malfunctioned, never placed blame on anyone or company for how things had gotten where they were, and provided a clear quote and action plan options on moving forward. The service was great and we felt prioritized and heard. Aire Serv earned my business and can count me as a fan going forward.

The technician was fine. We had already had the problem diagnosed so he didn't have to do a lot. He ordered the parts and will, hopefully, be back to install them.

My husband and I bought a home last summer and after a week of being in the home, our air went out. In Georgia, that’s probably the worst thing that could happen to any individual (especially after moving into a newly purchased home). I happened to call Aire Serv of Smyrna, and it was really the best experience I could have asked for. Dominic came out to assess the issue. He was knowledgeable, kind, and professional and took the time to explain all the options available to me (along with their costs). He was able to get us back up and running in the same day (our issue wasn’t as big of a deal as we thought). Let’s just say, I was so pleased with the company that I called them first when the heat went out during the unusually cold snap we had in December. Again, great service. My husband and I have older units (almost 15 years old) and we know we will have to replace them in the near future due to the move from R-22 and I will surely be calling Aire Serv of Smyrna and Dominic to complete the replacement!
